HELP!! Invoice before purchase and local pickup?
I’m selling an expensive machine and a potential buyer wants me to send an invoice before they purchase the item. I’ve never sent an invoice to somebody that hasn’t paid for the item. I’m not sure how to send the invoice. Also, they want to arrange a 3rd party local pick up right away.
Should I wait until the payment clears into my bank before setting up the local pick up? Any advice is welcomed. Thank you!

OP2 years agoMake sense about the invoice thanks for clarifying. What are your thoughts on the potential buyer in another state wanting to arranging a 3rd party to pick it up from me? Does it have to be the actual buyer or can it be anyone picking up as long as they have the QR code?

The item has to be PURCHASED/ORDERED on Ebay. It is not possible to send an invoice for an item not purchased on Ebay.
Read this about local pickup, especially how to prove the item was picked up.

The purchase has to be made ON EBAY.
