Help! - In Game Items
So I sold a Roblox in game item (I read the policy beforehand and they made an exception for online gaming virtual items which it falls under. ) They bought the item and I gave it to them but when listing the item, I put shipping and now I don’t know how I’m supposed to receive my money (held by eBay currently) because it has no tracking number and stuff like that. It’s also saying something about buying a label. eBay said they would release my funds 3 days after order delivery confirmation but how would they know it was delivered already? Someone help me out please.

Mentor9 months ago@us2015-adalg Listing your in game items this way while eBay technically allows it for in game items is very risky.
Did you at least mark the item as shipped from the drop down menu next to the item.
Your funds will be released about 30 days after the date of sale since you don't have tracking to prove delivery. Payment holds of 30 days are normal for new sellers
Without tracking to prove delivery the buyer can file a not received refund request and eBay will force you to refund the buyer.
I recommend using a Classified Listing. Then the eBay MBG does not apply. The buyer can pay for the item offsite and it's not a policy violation. The eBay MBG does not apply to classified listings.
The only way to deliver to email per eBay policy is if you list as a Classified Listing which costs $9.95. There are not any other selling fees when your item sells. The listing fee is NOT refundable and paid even if the digital item doesn't sell.
Electronically delivered items such as digital items that you have the legal right to sell can only be listed in the classified section Everything else> information products.

If you wish to create a classified listing you will need to switch to the Advanced Listing Tool that is located in Seller Hub.

Select Classified from the drop down menu and then there will not be a shipping method required.
If you do not list this way the buyer can say they didn't receive digital item since you won't have tracking and you will have to issue a refund. You also will be violating eBay policy if you don't list digital items this way and eBay may ban your account.
