Help in a dispute
My sale ran into a dishonest buyer.
I sell vintage camcorders, lenses.
All of my items that I sell are antiques and are many years old.
I indicate in the description that customers carefully look at the photos that describe in detail the condition of the goods.
I have never had any problems with customers.
And then the client bought two goods, and under a microscope he found something in it. I completely disagree. There were photos in the description and everything was visible on them.
Now I have no goods and I lost the dispute. I owe you money, but no one returns my goods. I do not agree. Please, help.

Did eBay decide that the buyer gets a refund without the duty to return the item?
That is probably caused by asking eBay to step in, done by the buyer. The buyer could do that because the seller (you) didn't accept the return.
Sellers need to accept returns if the buyer has complaints. Based on eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
