HELP, I was taken advantage of by seller
Ebay has realy gone down hill. No one can contact at person and explain anymore. Sadly I think I am going to stop using ebay . I have been screwed over tooo many times.
CURRENT ISSUE: I purcased some dennis gross peel pads at the end of January. I recently opened the package at the beginning of March to begin using them. ( prior to March I was going spray tanning and I did not want to use the peel pads to peel off my spray tan, so no reason to use the product.). when I finally opened the product not only were several of the peel pads dried up ( 7 of them the first 7 I opened) , it was obvious the seller had cut the peel pads apart ( they come together level 1 and level 2. Use level 1 then 3 min later use leve 2). I reached out to get a refund. I did the best I could showing a picture of the level 1 pads I opened and explained they were dry, and cut away from their level 2 counter part , which is not how they are sold in the store. I explained how this was unscrupulous and decietful activity on part of seller. My return request was denied by seller , and it was escalated by ebay and CLOSED, with no chance to appeal. WHAT the HECK? there was not even any way I could leave feedback and warn other buyers. THis is so discouraging. I do not return often nor complian often. If you look at my history I am very kind to sellers and give 5 star feedback to help them out. There is no reason so suspect I was mis using returns or ANYTHING. Besides, who can make that up? I wanted really bad to keep the pads and everything to work out. Other than complain to the federal trade commission. I do not konw what else to do. (For this reason, I believe I will be done buying on ebay. Based on this experience I do not want to sell anymore either. God knows what could happen.) ANY feed back to help me get a resolution or talk to a human being? It already says there is no option to appeal?? and there was no message or anything from ebay as to why. (This is time consuming and a night mare. I would rather just pay full price for items in the stores then deal with this. at least that way one can get a refund if there is a problem. I am tired of being screwed over. )
thanks in advance.
