Help, I ordered from a fraudulent company. Capital One said definitely.
I don't know how to get a really person at EBay to report them. They didn't put it through as an order so I have nothing to get EBay going on it. What do I do? Cap One wants me to use EBay first.

Mentor1 year agoIf you purchased an item off eBay, then why do you think eBay would be responsible? Tell your credit card company that you didn't purchase through eBay and see if you can request a chargeback.

Mentor1 year agoIf you did not purchase using ebay, then the transaction is not in your Purchase history, right? Did you purchase from an advertisement on ebay? If so, you would have to go to that website to file a complaint.
