Help! I need to cancel a completed refund
I issued a full refund to a buyer when the item was received damaged today. Then the buyer contacted me and said they wanted to keep it and we worked out a refund amount. How do I cancel the full refund? I just gave them?

You can't cancel a refund. Understand that if you choose to refund before the item comes back to you, the buyer is under no obligation to return it.
The buyer may be willing to send you the agreed-upon difference via PayPal if you both have PayPal accounts.
For the future, the normal process is to accept a return and then refund when the item arrives back.
