Help! I can't pay for my item as there is confusing shipping to the UK
Hi, I ordered some items from Malaysia. At the time the United Kingdom postage option was not available, though I think this is due to a bug in ebay.
I accidently had my friend from the US address as my primary, which is why it allowed me to purchase the item. However I wanted it sent to the UK. When I look at the purchased item page there is now a UK postage option in the dropdown (I think the seller added it in) however I still cannot pay for it as they sent me an invoice along with another item which must still have the US address on it.
I sent a new payment total request, though the seller is very bad at responding and takes a very long time. My concern is the payment deadline runs out tomorrow and I don't want to have a strike on my account as a non-paying buyer.
Can anyone offer advice? It's not the sort of problem I can explain to a bot on the chat unfortunately.
