Help! How do you indicate in eBay that you delivered an item to buyer?

I had a local purchaser for an item and delivered it to them personally (rather than ship it). I cannot find any way to indicate it in eBay so that they will release funds so I can be paid. There is absolutely no way to get a human customer rep on the line to fix this - that I can find.

Although you can mark the item as shipped it really will not help in this particular situation. The item was sold with shipping so eBay is looking for a tracking number to prove delivery. Without the tracking number eBay will hold the funds for 30 days before it becomes eligible for a payout.

When an item is sold for local pick up the buyer receives a QR code and a numeric code to provide you with to enter into the eBay app to prove delivery. There is no way for the buyer to received these codes when the item is sold with shipping.
