Hi guys I'm an extremely upset eBay purchaser I purchased a mattress and when it did not arrive I went on and checked the shipping I saw that the shipping had not changed I then further investigated and found out that this buyer was overseas so when I tried to contact to report the issue it's telling me can't report the problem I've contacted the seller three times he's not responding and I want my money back how do I get in touch with ebay?

If the last estimated delivery date has passed by less than thirty days and there is no delivery indicated by the tracking number, you should be able to file an "item not received" claim. Once you do that, the seller will have three business days to provide tracking showing delivery or to refund you.

If the seller does not cooperate, ask eBay to step in, and eBay will refund you.
