HELP! HELP! How to Reactive eBay Account.

Dear All, Any Mentor

Can advise how to resolve this issue?

I am a new register seller. Yesterday was receive the email from eBay inform that my account was temporarily restricted. However, the email received unable reply directly to eBay to request to re-active the account. Keep ask to refer the Contact Us. However, the contact us seem not bring to the right way and keep return back to the help article.

Anyone have any advice to resolve the issue?

@huaxin.trading You are located in Malaysia so that is why you can not set up an eBay.com account. You would need a USA address, USA checking account, and a Social Security number.

*At this time, eBay will not be managing payments on www.ebay.com.sg, www.ebay.com.my, www.ebay.com.hk, or www.ebay.ph. Only domestic sellers will be able to list on these sites and buyers will only be able to pay by cash on pickup, cheque or money order. For example, only sellers living or established in Malaysia may list on www.ebay.com.my.
