Help. Having trouble with buyer being untruthful about item.
I need help and any advice will be greatly appreciated. I had someone buy one of my husbands Tommy Bahama shirts and they are stating that they want a replacement because they say it has multiple tears around some of the buttons. I know for a FACT this shirt was pristine! This shirt was only worn maybe once and my husband is OCD about his clothes. I know this buyer is being untruthful. What do I do? I haven't been doing this long and i don't want to be shut down or something. I tried to pull up the pictures but since item sold it wont let me. Thank you in advance.

The button holes look just fine. I see you have a No Returns return policy.
Your No Returns policy is only for buyer's remorse: don't like it, changed mind, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere. If the buyer files a Returns Request with the reason Not as Described, ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps your no returns policy. You WILL accept the return, supply a prepaid shipping label, and when tracking shows DELIVERED back to you, you have 2 days to refund the buyer. If you refuse to accept the return, ebay can refund the buyer (and charge your account for it), a defect is recorded on your account, you do not get the FVF credited, and the buyer is not required to return the item.
