Help getting shipping label for a return

Question

I am a seller, and a buyer wanted to return an item I sold them. I agreed to the refund clicked something that approved the refund, but didn't get a shipping label to send to the buyer to ship the item back to me. Now I can't figure out how to locate or generate that shipping label.

I have clicked on the "view return details" button, and the page it takes me to doesn't show anything for where to get a shipping label.

If you already refunded the buyer, you can’t get a return shipping label - the refund closes the return. When you view the return details, does it say the return is closed or complete?

If the return is closed, you’ll have to buy a label outside of eBay and send it to the buyer in a message. You can’t buy the label at pirateship.com. Print it to a jpeg file, then send the jpeg to the buyer.
