Help getting Reinbursment From money I Refunded
Hello,
I need help resolving an issue with a recent transaction.
The buyer’s payment for my item was placed on hold in eBay’s managed payments system, so I never actually received the funds.
I issued the buyer a refund, but eBay still pulled the refund amount from my account, even though I had never been paid in the first place. This means I am out the money with nothing received.
Additionally, the listing for this item had already ended, so I do not understand how it was even possible for another user to make a purchase afterward.
This looks like a system error, and I respectfully request reimbursement of the refund amount since the payment never cleared to me.
Please review the transaction history on your end and correct this issue.
