The Coach bag I ordered was not authentic. The seller said to send it back, no mention of a shipping label. I returned it promptly. She said she bought a label and would have to see if Ebay would refund. I talked at one point to Ebay which said they would. Nothing has happened and online I am only taken in circles. I know at one point I had a link which got me to a person, but I have not been able to get there again. This is awful.

Go to your order and click the 3 dots to "return this item" choosing "not as described or pictured" as the reason.
If the seller wants the item back, she'll have to respond (within 3 days) with a prepaid return shipping label for you to use to ship it back.
If she doesn't respond, go back to the case on day 4 and ask ebay to step in.

Mentor3 weeks agoebay cannot force the seller to reimburse you. In the future, you need to file a returns request for Item Not as Described, and the seller would then supply your return shipping label.
