Help getting policy-violating listing updated and visible again
I posted a listing for a pair of shoes, not realizing that I was not allowed to put a website URL in the description. I added a website URL driving people to a news story about the shoes. eBay hid the listing and said that it will not be accessible until the violation is fixed. I attempted to fix it but because the posting is hidden, I am unable to update the description. How am I supposed to get it out of violation if I’m not able to update it?
