Help getting my account reinstated

Hi,

My account was suspended due to late shipping. I have multiple sclerosis and had COVID. It made fulfilling orders difficult. I made eBay aware of these circumstances but they were unmoved. Any suggestions for getting my account reactivated?

If you are able to sell again, I suggest a longer handling time, perhaps 3 or 5 days, whatever works for you.
