Help getting a refund
I ordered the same item twice - but from different sellers, the 2nd time because I never received the 1st order. The 1st seller sent the large item through the USPS, but the USPS doesn't deliver large packages here. The 2nd seller sent the item through FedEx and I received it within 3 days. I applied for a refund from the 1st seller but they refused to give me one because it said it was delivered. It might have been delivered to the Independent Delivery Driver, but since they don't deliver here, it is lost in the USPS maze somewhere or stolen by the Independent Delivery Driver. IDK and I don't care, I just didn't receive it, so, I ordered from the 2nd seller. The Ebay representative didn't speak good English and just didn't seem to understand what I was trying to tell them, so, they checked that the 2nd order was delivered by FedEx and denied my refund from the 1st seller. I need help!!!
