HELP! - Fraud Bidding On My Auctions - Non Payment
I have been listing a lot more actions recently and starting all of them at $0.99 at 5 days or 7 days.
Recently I have had a specific buyer by the name of mora-5437 win my auction and not pay. When this happens there is no way to leave negative feedback even if they never respond to your messages. Now this fake account has positive rating but the actually reviews left are all bad saying the same thing I have experienced. Why would ebay allow this and what if anything can be done.
Now the bigger problem is I have listed the item again and now a new account with only 10 reviews is the winning bidder. When I looked at who it is well....surprise it's mora_7213 another account that has bad review as well for non payment but shows as positive. So I wont get payment from this user and will have to relist the item again.
This needs to be addressed and not right that I don't have anyone to contact at eBay to fix this issue.
I have of course blocked both these accounts but they will just make new ones and repeat the process.
Any help is greatly appreciated, very frustrated right now and at a dead end! 😞
