Help finding an order

Question

Hello,Can someone please help me?I have tried calling eBay and using the automated assistant.I cannot find a representative for the life of me.I placed an order as guest and got a confirmation email.I am trying to look that order up and it is nowhere to be found. I had to return the item. The seller took it back and is willing to refund me but we both keep getting an error message. Does anyone know how to connect with eBay?Thank you!

Here's how to contact eBay customer service:

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat

( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media

3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.
