Help!! "Error processing your request"

Question

Hello! A seller sent me an offer. I see the offer and have accepted it. Whenever I try to proceed to checkout I get an error that reads "sorry, there's an issue processing your request".

I've searched through all of the self-help options and I can't find a resolution!

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It's likely that the item has been sold while you were going through the offer process (offers don't "reserve" the listing. Many offers could have been sent or another buyer just came through and paid full price). Unfortunately, eBay doesn't just say that.

You can go to the listing to see if it's been sold.
