eBay took money out of checking account due to a cancelled order from a buyer. The buyer cancelled the order immediately after paying for the item and I accepted the cancellation so the item was never shipped. The funds would not have been send to my account since we don't get paid until well after the item is delivered and received. After looking at the account details, it says I didn't have funds to cover the refund but those funds would have still be pending with ebay since...
