Help. eBay sold an item that had already sold
I had a pair of pants listed, sometime bought them last night with an offer. I got the notification it was all done and paid for and shipping instructions.
Them, a few hours later while I was asleep, I got a notification that the same pair of pants had sold again to a different person!
I cannot find any information about what to do.

Mentor5 months agoI only see one sale for a pair of pants. Are you sure the second sale is real? If you see it in your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
you will need to file a cancellation for Out of Stock on the second sale.

OP5 months agoThe poor second sale person figured it out. I had somehow listed all my items with quantity 2. I am so mad because this is my screw up
