Help! Ebay cancelled order due to issue with buyer account.
Hi All! I need help. Ebay cancelled an order of mine several days ago "because of an issue with the buyer account". I was instructed NOT to communicate with buyer anymore or ship item or do anything else regarding this listing. It still shows up in my to be ship folder even though the transaction was cancelled.
Yesterday buyer reached out to me through a different Ebay account asking if I've shipped item and explained their other account was "frozen by Ebay". Today, they are requesting to cancel this transaction even though Ebay did it last week. I never got paid for the transaction so I'm afraid if I cancel it then would buyer get a "refund" from me even though the transaction was cancelled by Ebay? I need help.
