help contacting ebay

Question

I am past return widow..no options lead me to a contact... I have a laser that went defective and seller had it tested... In process of re assembly, I found I had a 60w power supply, was sold a 100w machine.... any known pathways beside seller, they've been shady for 9 months or more

If you are past the return window, eBay cannot help you with a return.

You may still have some recourse through your payment method. Many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase.
