Help contacting a human at Ebay - Item didn't arrive
I need help and every channel I've tried through Ebay puts me in a circle where no help is available. I ordered an item 2 weeks ago. Tracking shows it delivered, but I never received it. I contacted the USPS who opened a research case and confirmed it was GPS scanned as delivered to the wrong address. They attempted to recover the package but unfortunately that homeowner at the address denied receiving it. They contacted me back and indicated they would provide a letter to give to Ebay to support my request for a refund. The problem is that when I click on the options to request a refund, it takes me to a page showing the package as delivered and no other options exist. I've been in contact with the seller to keep them informed, I just need help getting someone at Ebay to help before my 21 day timeline runs out!! How do I reach a person???

If you decide to receive a call back, make sure your phone will not block the call back
