help closing account

Question

Unable to close Ebay account due to a restriction on the account. Ebay does not tell me what the restriction is, so I cannot rectify it. There is no number to call. All the help feature does is send me links to help topics, which of course are of no help. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
