Help center incompetence
I've been with eBay for 15 straight years but the records show one due to a phone change and credit card change help center never helps eBay let criminal seller post my item as shipped when no movement ever takes place eBay knows about it and allows it I'm canceling my account for three consecutive problems on eBay where customer service actually made it worse by gaslighting me.

OP2 years agoeBay automated help center system does not understand English and neither do the operators! gas lighting, stonewalling, wasting your time until you hang up that's their policy

OP2 years agoAfter buying on eBay for 15 straight years you would think they would show a little respect but they have millions of people who've left the platform in 2024 I'm going to be one of them!

OP2 years agoeBay can be so inconsistent when they play with your money and the items you love and try to get that they cause heart attacks I don't need that I'm out canceling my account after 15 years eBay health center has become an automated joke

OP2 years agoeBay automated help center statement of complaint post four times automation still does not understand English. poses senselessness offering me an advocate what I need is a human with a brain and even that's not likely, they're more useless than the automation
