I am new to selling on Ebay... One of my items was purchased, but then they cancelled order. I had just bought a new phone during this time and the notifications were not set properly so I didn't receive cancellation message within the window I could cancel. I saw in my email that they had purchased (but not cancelled) so i bought a shipping label and prepared to send. then saw the cancellation message. How do I cancel order so that buyer gets a full refund and i get a refund for my shipping label?

Mentor2 months agoThese are two separate issues. You can cancel the purchase by going to your sold list and finding the item and from the drop down menu click on cancel. Use the "At buyers request" reason.
To get a refund on the shipping label you go to your shipping label list and find the unused label. From the drop down menu click on cancel. The shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. Once the refund is authorized eBay will let you know and it will be available as a payout.
