HELP Buyer and I want to cancel a sale, ebay wants me to add a CC but they already have 2 of my CC
I sold an item described as Local Pick up
Buyer ask to cancel: lives out of state
I accepted his request
ebay won't let me cancel: says I need to add a CC for some $ amount I own for the transaction.
Ebay louse help option says I need to add a CC, but I already have 2 CC on file that I have used for the past years
ebay won't let me cancel even when I DID add a new CC
is it because I have not received funds from the sale? so how can I sent back $ when I have yet received $ yet?
Getting really tired of ebay's no help desk, and canned AI responses
