HELP BUY
Good afternoon, dear eBay employees. 1 month ago I was able to buy any product on eBay without any problems, but now I'm getting this message, Attention Buyer Unfortunately, this item isn’t available for purchase in your location.{e290943-1259530x} help fix this. I tried 10 sellers and I get the same message. I know that sellers can restrict buyers' countries, but I checked and my country is not on the list.

I don't know what the issue is then. I went to the listing 358266953423 and it offers EIS shipping to Armenia.
Are you shipping it directly or to Pennsylvania as shown in the photo?

Using the link you sent, yes, I can add it to my cart and pay via checkout. I'm attaching a screenshot. I cleared the cache, but that didn't help. I don't have a VPN.I use the Chrome browser.I tried with a different browser Microsoft Edge is the web browser doesn't help.Logged out and logged back in, doesn't help.
