HELP Account Restricted No reason why
Hello eBay Community,
My account has been restricted from selling for years with no explanation. I’ve checked my messages, email, and seller dashboard, but I have not received any explanation about why this happened or how I can resolve it.
I’ve followed eBay’s policies, maintain good standing, and provide great service to buyers. Ive only sold 8 items all with 5 star reviews gave ebay all my business info and data. This restriction came as a surprise, and without specific information, I’m not sure what needs to be addressed. Every time I request help or support it just says restricted and theres nothing they can do or give me a way to fix this.
I would greatly appreciate it if a moderator or eBay representative could:
Confirm the reason for the restriction.
Provide any policy references related to it.
Share the steps I can take to have my selling privileges reinstated.
I’m happy to provide any documentation or take corrective action right away. My goal is to resolve this as quickly as possible so I can get back to selling.
