Help about insufficient address being resent to sender!
Summary: rising_tiger faced an issue with a USPS delivery due to an insufficient address, as the apartment number was missing. USPS couldn't stop the return, and the sender refused to resend the item without payment for a new shipping label. rising_tiger offered to cover the cost but was seeking assistance from eBay for an alternative solution. wooden_flower suggested asking the seller to create a listing for the shipping charges, as eBay cannot provide a label.
I recently didn't get an item because of insufficient address however this is the first time this has happened. I called USPS and they told me it was missing the Apt A on it and there was nothing I can do because it was already being processed back to sender. The sender doesn't want to resend because they have to pay out of pocket for a new shipping label. I told them I would pay for the shipping label. I was wondering if I could get eBay to resolve this by giving them a new shipping label and charge me for whatever shipping costs. I really don't want to go through the process of getting a refund and waiting for them to repost the item and then repurchasing it. Is there any way I can get in touch with eBay to help resolve this? I tried calling but all I get is AI. I need a live agent to talk to. Any help would be nice. Order number: 23-15147-44795 I recently updated my address to include the Apt A, this is the first time this has happened. I received another item from ebay without any problems.

You can share contact information since you have a recent transaction together and send the seller $ to reship via an electronic method such as Vermo or PayPal.
The seller can buy the shipping label on Pirateship.

Ask the seller to set up a listing for you to purchase - “additional shipping charges” - for the cost of the new label. eBay does not have a way to provide a label.
