i just started sales on here and I'm making no money. I'm promoting everything on ads is 62 per cent. could someone please let me know how to sell here

Stop promoting like that. Set your item prices at the lowest you will sell for that covers your cost, eBay fees and most importantly you profit margin.
Part of selling is a numbers game, the mor eyou have for sale the more chances there are for things to sell. You currently have 85 items for sale and sold 18 items in the last 90 days. You are just getting started and it will take time to build up your sales.
