Mentor3 weeks agoeBay does not provide a specific list of banned countries for selling or shipping. Instead, you are responsible for ensuring that your transactions comply with the laws in both the buyer's and your own country.
When listing items globally, you can limit the countries where your item appears, exclude countries you don't want to ship to, or set buyer requirements to control who can bid on or buy your listings.
Some items may be prohibited or restricted in certain countries, and your items might not appear in search results in countries where they are restricted or not allowed. You should also ensure compliance with export laws when shipping internationally.
For more details, you can review eBay's International trading policy.
