Help!
I have an offer from someone in one of my items, I approved the offer but when ebay tried to process their payment it didn't go through. The buyer attached a message that said they had to stay under a certain limit. How do I message them?

You should be able to message them using the contact buyer button on the order details.
Be careful that the buyer doesn't attempt to take this transaction off eBay or otherwise separate you from your money.
