Mentor3 weeks agoYou can only open one case against a seller so you would not be able to reopen the return. You would have needed to open an "Item not as described" case and not just a return request. Return requests can be denied by sellers but the "Item not as described" case cannot. You may need to go to your payment source and ask about a charge back.
