Hi I’ve had a bad experience with an aggressive buyer. I’ve tried to talk to an eBay representative as none of the help pages cover the resolution needed but can’t get to speak to someone. Are you able of offer advice please.

Use the link below to connect to the U.K. site's community. Hover over the Help from the community header, and from the drop down list select Member to Member Support. Clicking on that takes you to the U.K. site's equivalent of the U.S' Mentor board, this page.

You want to write out what your issue is with the buyer, you cannot post their username but if it would help prove your case you can post the ebay item number.
