I really need help i am new at this situation I brought a radio and I tried for a few months and the seller was in contact with me the whole time I had issues with the radio so I finally just sent it back he told me that he would refund the money back and he sent me the labels to return them and I did but I haven't received my refund and he told me to get in contact with ebay for my refund but I can't get incontact with him concerning my refund. I would like to receive my money back because the item to him

Mentor4 months agoYou waited way too long for ebay to help you and it sounds like you didn't use the ebay return system to begin with. The best you can do now is hope your payment processor will help you if you file a claim with them, but do not wait any longer to file it.
