Help!
Today I viewed a listing for a pair of used Danner Mountain Light Boots. The listing was from Japan and the price was $749.00 and $23.00 shipping. When I came home from work today I had two emails confirming my purchase of these boots for $814.46! I never purchased these boots! I tried to submit for a cancellation and also panicked, thinking that my card was vulnerable for fraud. I opened a case to dispute the charges with PayPal. The seller declined my request, and stated it was due to the open dispute claim from PayPal. PayPal ruled it was an authorized purchase and now I don’t know what to do. I can’t afford to pay this much money and feel helpless. What can I do? Thank you for any help you might be able to offer!
