$800 item sent, says delivered but also says on UPS tracking that it was an empty box with no merchandise inside! how do i contact ebay, im going round in circles as theres no way to report it on the item as it says delivered!!

If an item arrives but is not as described -- even just an empty box -- then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.

You can still file a "not as described" return as long as you are willing to return everything you received if the seller provides for return shipping. Include a copy of the tracking information that shows the carton was discarded.
