Help!!!!
I had purchased something off of a seller and it didn’t turn out to be the right thing I noticed but the seller has not sent out the merchandise. This was on the seventh of this month and today is the 20th and I still have not received a refund they want me to print out a return label, but the seller did not send the merchandise out. This makes no sense and I cannot get a real person?
