Dear eBay compay, on March 26, 2026, I placed an order with ALL THE RIGHT PARTS ONLINE for an item, and they accepted my offer the following day. However, when I tried to make the purchase, the seller canceled the order, stating that I did not have a properly registered shipping address with them. I replied that I did. I request your assistance in ensuring that the seller fulfills the agreement and that eBay allows me to make the payment and for the seller to ship the item. Thank you very much, best regards.

·5 months agoThe seller can be reported for using an incorrect reason for the cancellation, but that’s all that can happen.
Theres nothing for the seller to fulfill now. The transaction doesn’t exist after being cancelled.
