Question

I have a candy container of Amos & Andy in a car. I posted it for sale but the site removed it saying it is offensive. Yet Ebay Sells on their site other Amos & Andy memoriablia also they sell Black Americana. How can I post my candy container, without it being flagged?

Amos and Andy depcitions are generally a caricature and not allowed on eBay.

Even though you may see other listings, it doesn't mean the item is allowed.

✓ The other listings you see are like the cars speeding by on the highway. Many will get "pulled over by eBay"... their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, and they get a serious warning on their account. Or, their account will be closed.

I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings but trust me, sellers who violate policies do get caught.

I know this isn't the answer you want to hear. You can find other marketplaces where you can sell these items.
