Help,
I purchased a head board from eBay seller eBay money back guarantee shipping noted for my zip code, along with price listed and tax too. I never received a tracking number or a text from the seller only a flash that said USPS tracking number slow updating, tech. So I asked for refund and eBay said seller declined. I haven't received one text for my aprox. 8 texts from start to finish eBay said contact seller?? I think they're dead what do I do?? No txt at all..from seller ....??..??
