HELP
My order delivered to the buyer but USPS didn’t scan it as delivered and the buyer confirmed they received it. I can’t get my funds until after it’s marked delivered. WHAT DO I DO??? I CANT GET EBAY OR USPS ON THE PHONE.

As long as the buyer does not complain, eBay will still pay you, even without a delivery scan. It may take a little longer than if you had the scan, but you should still receive your payment.
