listed a silver bar collection i wrote the orginal listing and after more thing i added a couple more words and unknown to me the system kept the 1st list and listed the same listing again now with both listing i sold both listings what can i do thanks gary

Mentor8 months agoYou will have to cancel the second purchased listing for Out of Stock. That will record a defect on your account. Hopefully, it is your first one, and you don't get any more defects in the future.

Mentor8 months ago@thebradyster. Apologize to your buyer for the mistake. Sell to the first buyer making sure that the description is accurate.
Next cancel as out of stock/ damaged for the second order. This starts the refund process. You do unfortunately receive a defect for having to cancel this way so be careful not to get more defects as they seriously hurt your account.
