Can anyone help me.. I ordered something and was mis delivered but th usps and ebay said they couldn't help me.. I have the letter the postal service gave me saying they mis delivered it

I'm sorry that happened.

Question: Did the USPS misdeliver it, or did that tracking number have another name and address, not your name and address?

If your name and correct address were on the label, ask USPS to review the GPS on the delivery, retrieve the item from the wrong house, and deliver it to you.

If your name and address weren't on that label, ask the Post Office if they will put this in writing (sounds like you have this). Also, ask for the weight of the package using that tracking number.

If you can answer the question above, I have more steps for you to take to get your refund. I just want to give you the best answer and need to know.
