- Seller agrees to the cancellation and refunds buyer
- eBay releases the buyer's money to the seller.
Looking at that transaction I don't understand where $51 would come from.
Can you copy and paste the transactions from the transaction history?

Is this the sconces?
The way this should work is
- Buyer orders item and pays
- Buyer asks to cancel
- Seller agrees to the cancellation and refunds buyer
- eBay releases the buyer's money to the seller.
Looking at that transaction I don't understand where $51 would come from.
