I need help. A seller canceled my order through eBay. eBay said they would issue a refund on January 10th, then changed the date to January 11th. They asked me to contact them again on January 13th. I contacted them again today, and an eBay agent told me they couldn't assist me in Spanish. I tried using a translator, but the eBay chat always translated it back to Spanish. This made me realize the agent didn't want to help me. Can anyone recommend what I should do?

If the order was canceled through eBay, the refund is automatic, though how long it takes to appear on a bank statement may depend on your individual bank.
