Help
I made my first sale and it was a game I listed for $40 and buyer paid shipping. After sales tax and transaction fees my order earnings was $31.85, when I went to ship it off I had to pay $12.89 for the shipping label and when I got my final payout to my card it was $16.08 after a $2 express payout fee. So I don’t get reimbursed for the shipping label since the buy pays for shipping? If not then I only make $3.19 off a $40 sale? Can someone please help me because I don’t understand at all.

Buyer pays you for shipping. You use buyers money to purchase the label.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.
If you click PayOut ID here, it will have a complete breakdown of that Payout:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/payouts
From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
etc.
There is a nice video on this page about how to find your fees: https://export.ebay.com/en/fees-and-payments/seller-fees/
Here is a help page where you can learn about selling fees:

All of the deductions should be listed here:

Please look at the breakdown here of your payouts here:
